We design and manufacture each Bucket Elevator individually to suit the material to be conveyed, the required throughput and the total lift height
Removable shafts secured with locking elements are our standard, this allows damaged shafts to be replaced quickly at greatly reduced cost compared to welded-in shafts where the entire Head or Tail pulley has to be replaced. Plant downtime is therefore kept to a minimum. Other shaft fixing arrangements are available upon request.
We offer our elevators in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or 3CR12, or a combination of the above depending on the requirements. Unless otherwise stated our elevators are free-standing, without the need for supporting structures. Lateral support may be necessary.
Spherical roller bearings in plummer block housings are standard throughout our range of bucket elevators, And if dust leakage is a problem we are able to fit mechanical face seals to the Head and Tail pulley shafts upon request.
Our elevators are supplied with standard sizing buckets, either in Nylon; HDPE; Mild Steel; Stainless Steel or 3CR12, for abrasive, high static or food sensitive applications, we manufacture standard size steel buckets in-house.
Our Preferred Drive arrangement for our bucket elevators is a right angled, shaft mounted gearbox with IEC adapter to allow quick and easy motor changes. Gearboxes are fitted with a torque arm bracket attached to the head casing. Other drive arrangements are available upon request.
We work with clients to integrate the flow of the customer experience across channels (e.g., face-to-face, telephone), opening up new lead sources, supporting sales for smaller projects.
